Superb views from Lounge and Bedrooms.Through the front door you enter a large dining room/lounge with a dining table which seats up to 8 persons, this superb lounge has a welsh slate floor and a beamed ceiling, a very atmospheric and infectious room, entrance from the dining room to a fully fitted kitchen and downstairs bathroom. From here you access the garden which has superb sea views over Aberdovey and surrounding area.
On the first floor is a seperate lounge with superb views over the estuary and harbour, on this first floor is a double bedroom
