Welcome to peaceful Hale Village and The Barn B and B. Totally refurbished in 2005, we are located minutes away from the John Lennon International Airport but in a quiet country setting that offers peace and security.
We are very child friendly – grounds and garden are completely secure, lots of garden toys to play with and hens to feed!
Most important – all prices include breakfast which is provided in the room.

Pricing
We charge £40 for a singly occupied room, £60 for a double and £80 for the family room.
All prices include breakfast which is provided in the room and consists of cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit, cereal bars, orange juice and tea or coffee. We also provide complimentary bottles of water and cookies.
We have a travel cot available (no extra charge) and we can also put a camp bed into any of the rooms that is suitable for a child (or small adult!)
