Little Barn is a detached self-contained cottage, situated within our attractive gardens, near Aylesbury in Buckinghamshire. Tucked away in a quiet private road, Little Barn provides comfortable self-contained accommodation for up to 4 people.
The accommodation is all on the ground floor and comprises 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting/dining room, bathroom, use of 2 patios and parking.
The facilities include a television, DVD player, microwave, dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge-freezer, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, bed linen, towels and hairdryers.
The kitchen is well stocked with crockery, cutlery, saucepans, a toaster and a kettle. You are also welcome to use the range of books, games and DVDs.

Price is inclusive of services, linen and towels.
Low season is October to March.
High Season is April to September.
Change over day is Saturday.
