Pricing
The Rates above are standard rates for the periods shown. The rates for April / May / June / September are £340 per/wk and £120 wknd or £45 per day mid week with minimum 3 days. Easter period and North West 200 periods will be at £400 & £500 per/wk with only weekly bookings considered on these periods. All other periods are as that displayed above. Please contact for any enqueries for late availability discounted rate bookings available. £100 deposit payable on bookings. Bookings will be refundable as long as 2months notice is given, any notice giving less than 2 months prior to arrival will be deemed non refundable by way of this notification. Any bookings made within 2 months of arrival a 50% deposit will be required and this will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. The balance of all bookings must be paid in full 1 week prior to arrival. The owner of the Property will have no responsibility in the event of any claims that may be related to, or in connection with the use of this property whilst in the possesion of the occupiers under this agreement, and therefore the occupiers must ensure that they have relevant insurances in place. This offer is subject to the conditions above and any bookings made will be made with the acceptance of these terms.
