Holiday Cottage in Low Farm, Locks Road, NR34 8DX
Our cottages are situated in a secluded wooded setting on the owner\’s 35 acre farm in rural Suffolk, just a few miles from the coast. Each cottage sleeps four adults (plus baby) and is set in fully landscaped grounds with mature trees and orchards and has access to an on-site swimming pool and a childrens play barn (Moo Play Farm).
Each cottage, named after varieties of English apples, has been designed for comfort and relaxation and has a raised decking area for eating, drinking and barbecuing. Our cottages are non smoking and come with stripped floors, original art and Persian rugs. Each features a spacious living room, country style kitchen and two bedrooms with either single or en-suite bathrooms, with both baths and showers. Modern facilities include dishwasher, DVD colour TV, stereo, cot and high chair. In addition, a laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryer are located next to the cottages.
Our Lord Derby cottage also offers a private 6-seat hot tub available.

Cottages range from £216 to £709 per week (prices subject to change), depending on the season. Special three or four-night short breaks in Suffolk ranging from £178 to £396, and various discounts, are also available upon request. Please contact us for availability and rates.
