Caxton House is a family run business giving you a very warm welcoming feeling. Situated on the Suffolk coast close to all the popular attractions such as the RSPB minsmere sanctuary, Dunwich beach, Aldeburgh, Sutton Hoo, and much more. Being centrally located you have all the local amenities on your doorstep and local transport (buses and trains) all located within a 10 minute walk.
The accommodation is a self catering studio which has recently been redecorated. It encompasses a twin room with a separate kitchen/lounge area. The studio also has its own shower room.
A starter pack will placed in the studio for each new arrival, this is made up of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cereals, and orange juice.
The studio is unsuitable for those with walking difficulties.
