The Tallat has 5 bedrooms, but we would normally only take two or four guests at a time in a large double room upstairs, furnished with bed(s), chairs, desk, dressing table etc. Other bedrooms are smaller but easily accommodate two beds. There is a bathroom with basin and toilet and a shower room also with basin and toilet. All rooms have facilities for brewing coffee or tea and the main bedroom has TV (We have Sky TV).
Breakfast and dinner, if specially requested beforehand, is served in the dining room downstairs and gusts may use the sitting room also and the garden. Cars can be parked across the drive in front of the house.
Westwell is a small, but very beautiful Cotswold village, 2 1/2 miles from the A40 and Burford and up to 3/4 hour’s drive from Oxford, Cheltenham and Swindon and there are many attractions easily reached such as Stratford-on-Avon, Blenheim Palace and other National Trust houses as well as the Cotswold Wild Life Park, just 2 miles away.
Pricing
Prices quoted are inclusive.
The main bedroom – £70 per night double, £40 single.
Smaller bedrooms – £60 per night, £35 single.
An evening meal can be arranged on prior request @ £25 per person, including wine, though Burford has many good places for eating out.
