It consists of daily yoga, walks, sauna and massage and is based on a light, cleansing diet of fruit and vegetables, wheatgrass and juices. We have our own natural spring water on tap and are committed to the use of organic and GM-free produce. All accommodation is in single rooms. Five-day (Sunday to Friday) and Three-day (Thurs – Sun) courses.
