The property is ideally located to explore both the beach, the South Downs National Park and all the area has to offer. There really is something for everyone.
The house is within walking distance to pubs, shops, parks and the town centre and being both child and dog friendly it will be a holiday the whole family will enjoy.
Built in the 1860\’s as a coach house to the adjacent manor house, Kingswood Cottage is a striking detached property which has been completely refurbished. The property boasts three good sized bedrooms (one with en suite) and a family bathroom upstairs, with a big modern dining kitchen, separate lounge and a WC/cloakroom downstairs. The property can sleep 8 guests plus additional children in camp beds/travel cots. The rooms are flexible with zip and link beds.

Premium Season £850 per week or £200 per night
Refundable £250 security deposit required on all bookings.
