Only a stones throw away from breathtaking views of the Devon coast and countryside and situated on the heritage coast in the regency town of Sidmouth. Ideal centre for both keen and novice walkers with many walks inland and along the world famous Jurassic coast. Sidmouth has more than one golf course to choose from. Pretty and accessible garden, may be used by guests all year round with children’s play area and good seating. (Children must be supervised by parents)
We are located 200yds from the seafront and almost as close to many interesting shops boutiques and bistros. The well supported manor theatre is directly across the road and houses the art centre. A small local cinema with all the most recent films is only a 5 minute walk away. Rose cottage is a family home and children are welcome at extra cost, please see tariff page for details of our reasonable prices. We are a non-smoking establishment where you may eat, drink and sleep smoke-free. All guests have access to a plentiful supply of books and board games. Each room has a colour TV, en-suite or private bathroom, hair dryer, storage and tea/coffee making facilities with fresh milk provided daily. Other points of interest are;
