Broadview is a quality, friendly, AA 4*, non-smoking Guesthouse in the heart of the Lake District, Ambleside. Situated a short stroll from the centre of the village and Lake Windermere at Waterhead, Broadview is perfect for a holiday or short break, whether you need a base for touring or are exploring the fells on foot.
There are 6 comfortable guest rooms, most en suite or with private bathroom, including doubles, twin and a room that sleeps 3. All have TV, DVD player, full tea and coffee making facilities, mini fridge, bathrobes, fluffy towels, and hair dryer along with the little extras to make your stay more comfortable. We also have a king-size 4-poster room for that extra special romantic break.
The Broadview breakfast will set you up for the day whether you are just relaxing or walking the fells. Our menu consists of local meats, free-range eggs and home made breads. Veggies, Vegans and most special diets can be catered for by prior arrangement.
Drying facilities, maps, guides and packed lunches can be provided and free parking is available during your stay.
