We are letting on a room only basis, not as a B&B, but at roughly half the price of a similar B&B only £15 – £20 per person per night!
Beautiful Large Ground Floor Bedroom 15ft x 13ft with French Doors leading to Parking and an acre of Garden with an arch and doorway to the ensuite shower wet-room 12ft x 6ft. The bedroom floor is laminate aok with large built-in wardrobes, a Kingsize Bed, TV and BT Openzone available 24/7.
We live in beautiful sunny Cornwall in our old rambling house with a history! We are centrally located, never far from the beach, a beautiful fishing village or great tourist attractions like the Eden Project. It is lovely and peaceful here but only 10 mins from the centre of Truro. We are set back from the road with private parking and surrounded by fields, located on the border of a historic Cornish Tin Mine site with lots of fabulous walks. Great for Ramblers, Surfers, etc. There is a major bus route 2 mins walk away and we are 5 mins away from the A30.
