Rock Cottage is a 16c traditional cornish cottage standing alone in over two thirds of an acre of private grounds with its own foreshore and jetty. The panoramic view is fantastic and exclusive to guests who holiday here. The terraced and well kept gardens are bordered by the Mawgan Creek of the Helford River on two sides. To explore the creeks, a rowing dinghy is provided for our guests use.
This unique property has full central heating by radiators, and every room shares a peaceful view of the unspoilt river and garden. Sleeping a maximum of six persons in three bedrooms, it is very well-appointed throughout and personally prepared by the owners who have been looking after Rock Cottage for over 25 years. Fully equipped to high standards with lots of ‘home from home’ comforts and offering short breaks from November until Easter.
We have built an excellent reputation and many of our Guests return to this magical part of Cornwall, which has so much to offer all age groups.
