Aberdeen is 45 minutes away, and Glasgow and Edinburgh are less than 2 hours drive. Wea re situated 5 minutes from the A90 road network. Local towns include Kirriemuir (home of JM Barrie – Author of Peter Pan), Dundee and Perth. We are only 8 miles from Glamis Castle. Locally there are plenty of amenities which are only 5 minutes from Balmashanner.

Balmashanner offers you excellent value for money with single, double & twin rooms available from just £25.00 per person per night including full scottish breakfast, served in your room.
Children under 3 are charged £12.00 per night and children aged 3 to 9 accompanied by two adults pay half price.
Dogs are welcome by arrangement for a small fee of £10.00 per night.
