2 bedroom fully equiped chalet nicely situated away from the hustle and bustle within easy reach of the local amenities. Inc lovely sandy beach, swimming pool, various shops, restaurants, etc. The chalet is privately owned and is used by family and friends use. The accommodation has a lounge/dining area. It has a well equipped kitchen, it has a bathroom and wc bedroom. 1 has a double bed and built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a single bed and bunkbeds and a built-in wardrobe. There’s a colour TV, electricity is by £1 coin meter and there are electric heaters. Car-parking is available close to the chalet. We would be gratefull if guests didn’t smoke in the chalet please. Theres a good bus service to Great Yarmouth. Sorry, pets are not allowed on the Florida Estate. There is also a club house on site which is privately run, guest can use it for a small fee per day or week. All guests will be required to bring own sheets and quilt cover and towels.
